Success Stories Request Template

Prepare content:

• Success Story Title (max 30 characters, including spaces)
• Short success story description (max 90 characters, including spaces)
• Main Text Body (should include information about)
  • Overview: a short introduction to the collaboration, including all the partners involved.
  • Purpose of Collaboration: what was the challenge, need or opportunity that led to the collaboration?
  • Approach: how the partners worked together, highlighting key methodologies, agreements, and tools used.
  • Outcome/Impact: the tangible results, benefits, and real-world applications of the innovation.
  • Lessons Learned/Future Steps: insights gained that can help future collaborations.
• Key Partners (the names of the key partners involved in the success story such as RI/ RI facility/RPO/company, governmental agency, etc.)
• Main initiative/outcome (summarise the primary achievement, e.g., co-development of a new instrument, creating a new service)
• TRL level (if applicable)?
• Supportive link (link to any other supportive material for the success story such as video, etc.)
