Innovation Service Request Template

Procedure to request new innovation services to be listed here:

Prepare content:

• Service Title (max 30 characters with spaces)
• Short service description (max 90 characters with spaces)
• Service Description (provide 5-10 lines or bullet points; for each bullet point, max 120 characters)
• Provider Description (describe the infrastructure/lab; max 700 characters)
• A link to the provider (to the infrastructure/lab's website)
• A link to the service request form (if this does not exist, an email contact that handles your service requests)
• A "user success story" related to the service:
  • A link to an external web resource (text or a short video)
  • User Experience Text (a few lines of user testimonial or reference to a published article)
• Keywords (most important keywords that describe the innovation service)

Prepare images:

• Prepare an image representing the service (600x400px image in jpg format).
• Prepare a logo of the service provider.

Send them as separate files and do not embed the images in the downloaded form.
